The Pond airs Tuesday at 4 p.m.

Charlie Richards, creator of the Ponds says that his goal with The Pond is to take his writing and do something meaningful. Comedy for kids and parents. Laughter with a purpose. Stories that uplift and teach. It took a child of his own for him to realize how much parents need a trustworthy friend who entertains their children. It gives them a break when they're making dinner, folding laundry, or tending to the needs of another child who just got stung by a bee they tried to eat, and therefore can use a little extra attention. I hope The Pond brings you and your children many hours of enjoyment, and a few breaks along the way.
